This year, I have grown as a student by doing my hardest in classes and beeing myself. One thing that really helped me this year was the teachers, they helped me by all the work they would give and taught us in a good way..

during this year i have grown by im doing better academically then i usually have in my past years at school.
i just do everything i can do and i try my best at all of my work and the thing that has really helped me through most of this was staying after school for extra help from some teachers.

As a student this year, I can say I have definitely grown. I have grown to accept different ways of learning specific topics instead of staying stubborn and refusing to do it any way but my way. I have reached out more on my work, trying to help others while also helping myself in ways that I thought never possible. Academically, I think that one thing that really helped me was the fact when other people allowed me to help them on a subject I wasn’t even sure of myself, when I finished helping them with that specific work, I understood it completely. So, academically, I think that other people helped me the most, because of the fact that they allowed me to help them. I am going to set my goal for next year as something that will help me move forward in life. My goal for next year is to forget what other people say about me, to focus on my work and live my life in the present and not in the past. My goal for next year is to not live down to the standards that so many people think that I live at, at school and at home.

As a student I have grown tremendously. I think the hardest thing for me to do academically was to maintain my GPA. At the beginning of the year my grades were really good. It gets kind of hard to keep getting good grades because I don’t have any goals to reach for. I tend to slack off and not do any school work for a while. One thing that helped me was making sure I did well on every single test and turn in most of my homework. Doing well on a quiz or a test will bring your grade up more if you did not do your homework. My goal for next year is to make sure that I keep my grades up and continue to be involved in sports.
June 4, 2007 8: 58 am
I have grown in many different ways during this passing year. In the beginning of the school year, I was slacking off and not doing all the work I should have been because that was what I did in middle school. I did just enough to get by. Then when I noticed that my grades started to get lower I really started trying harder to get better grades. One thing that has really helped me this year is my friends helping me study and me realizing that this isn’t middle school no more you cant just sit along for the ride you need to drive your own year to the fullest. If it weren’t for my friends helping me get work done and helping me study I would probably have a lower grade in almost everything. Most students always think that can just sit in class and not do anything to get a decent grade but you can’t do that in high school you have to do every assignment that is given to you. My goal for next year is to not slack off at all and try to get the best grades I possibly can. You cant go on to finish your studies in the medical field if you have poor grades in that very class or if you have a low GPA you can not participate in school sports. This is my goal for next year.

There have been a few ways I have grown as being a student. One way I have grown is that I have brought my grades up from C’s to A’s and B’s. One thing that has really helped me academically was paying attention more and being more responsible with my school work. I am also more aware of what I have to do to keep the grades I have. One goal that I will set for myself for next year is to try to keep my grades the way they are so that I can be a more successful student.
June 4, 2007 8: 58 am
I think that I change a lot because we used to mess up a hold bunch of stuff and I used to be less organizes. Now I are more responsible and more organize in are work.
June 4, 2007 8: 58 am
This year I have grown a lot. I’m able to do lots of my work with out asking for
help and get good grades too. The one thing that helped me really academically
this year would be my teacher’s. That’s because my teachers have been there for
me all year telling me to never give up hope on something that can be done. By
my teachers having faith in me, I then had faith in myself for knowing that I
can do want I want when I want and do it my own personal way. A goal I will set for next
year will be to never give up on something. By that I mean, I will always try
my best at what ever I’m doing. Whether it’s a really
big project or just a 10 point assignment,
I will put effort in to everything I do.

There are many ways that I have grown as a student this year. One way is that I think that I have become more mature since the beginning of this year. I have also found ways to help myself remember my homework and assignments more easily, I do this by writing them down in a small notebook that fits in my pocket so that I always have it with me. I have my teachers sign in my agenda book so that they can confirm that i have written down the correct homework in my book. My dad motivates me to get good grades by offering me different amounts of money depending on what grades i get.
June 4, 2007 9: 00 am
I think I have grown as a student this year in many ways. First off I think I have became a better student overall.
I have grown to be a student who cares a lot about my schoolwork and school.
I care a lot about getting good grades and this year I have grown to receive good grades all the marking periods so far.
The one thing that really helped me academically is paying more attention in class.
My goals for next year are to keep all my grades up just as I did this year and be a good student.
June 4, 2007 9: 00 am
Some of the ways that I have grown as a student are that I pay attention in class more so that I can understand the lesson being taught. I try to work diligently on all of my class work. I also understand the importance of learning and now I actually look forward to going to certain classes and I like what I’ve learned. One thing that has helped me academically is having extra help from my instructors. When I don’t understand something in class, that extra one on one is beneficial to me. A goal that I have set for myself for myself next year is to do my homework more often so that I can get better grades than I did this year.
June 4, 2007 9: 01 am
There are many reasons for how I have changed as a student. I am now more aware of what I am going to do for example right before I am about to do something dumb I stop and think about if I really want to do it or not. Before I would just do it and not care but now I am worried how it will affect my grades or reputation. I first started to change in the middle of the school year because I would never turn in any of my work and my grades were dropping. I realized that I wanted to wanted to get somewhere in life and you cannot do that with failing grades. So that is when I decided to change for the best. My goal for next year is to get good grades and pass so that I can graduate with all of my friends in 2010.
June 4, 2007 9: 06 am
I think I have grown this year by maturing. I think i have matured because I have been getting better grades as well as not acting childish. I have also been getting better grades, I was hoping to get mostly A’s and B’s this year and thats what i got except a couple of C’s. Next year I am hoping to get all A’s and B’s, I want this so I can keep my GPA up.
June 4, 2007 9: 24 am
I believe that I have grown as a student throughout the year in many ways for many reasons. I seemed to have developed values that may follow me for a good long time. I used to be less protective of my friends and I used to say things about other people behind their back and be completely serious but I found out what it felt like and I have stopped. If I hear things being said about my friends I also defended them in any way possible. Also, I learned that not everybody can be completely trusted with everything about you. That’s why I am very picky about what I say and to who. I believe my level of knowledge has also increased throughout my 9th grade school year here at St. Georges and I would hope so. As a student, and as a person, I believe I have grown as I would not have in any other school.
June 4, 2007 9: 36 am
The way in which I have grown this year is by actually caring about what I do. In the beggining of the year I really did not care about what I did to myself or how I acted. Though by the end of the year I found out that you don’t need to act a certain way or do certain things to fit in. It is better to just be yourself and think for yourself. Changing my bad ways has taken a little while, but it is definetely worth it in the end. I hope that things stay the way they are right now because I like the new me.
June 4, 2007 9: 38 am
When I entered this year I had no idea that my old school had not prepared me enough in any way. I completely failed to have any idea of how I should approach this year. Looking back I know I had some way to work on my problems in certain subjects. I had some issues with certain subjects last year and completely forgot that they could affect me in the year afterwards. Another thing I had never done was succeed in English, as English was always my worst subject throughout the years. While changing much through this school year, I have improved everything about my school experience.
June 4, 2007 9: 39 am
I have grown in several ways during the course of my ninth grade year. I have grown more mature. I am also more caring about my work as I was in eighth grade. I try harder and do better on assignments, especially large projects such as papers. I have also gained more knowledge in many subjects. I now know many new things in math and social studies.
June 4, 2007 9: 40 am
I have grown over the school year, I actually think the whole class of 2010 has grown over the school year, because we all have experienced that things change and learned to learn in an unusual way. A few examples would be just going with the flow when we went to Delcastle for lunch, and having to go from Marshalton the small temporary home to our grand mansion here. Another grow that I had academically actually was learning RARE response because I used to not completely answer every part of the question, but remembering RARE will definitely help improve my DSTP scores and I will remember RARE for the rest of my life because of how many places I will probably need to use it.

As a student a St. Georges Vocational Technical High School I have grown tremendously, as a student and as a human being preparing for life out in the real world. Fist of all I have become more aware of just how important my GPA really is. It is on my transcript, which is needed in order for me to get a job. Secondly I have became way more organized in the past year, as a result of Mr. Powell’s English class, and Ms. Northcutt’s math class. Thus forcing me to be able to pull out any paper on demand. A final way I have grown is that I am now a more polite person due to the fact that most jobs are based on talking to the consumer to find out 1) What they want, or 2) What they need.
June 4, 2007 9: 45 am
The way i have grown as a student this year is “CHANGE” i had to change a lot a things about me to be able to grow this year.i have changed my p[ersonality and my performance in school and if you would ask me now whether i like the new me or the old me better it would be the new me.yes i think i can change more than what i’ve already changed but this is good for this year. One thing that really helped me academically is knowing how bad my grades were and how good everyone elses were especially my family bragging about there grades and how good they were. that made me want to work harder in school so i can brag to and be like i got good grades too.so i guess you can say failure made me better academically.
June 4, 2007 9: 45 am
A goal I would like to set for myself would be getting through this year with good grades and not having to go to summer school. So for next I hope to do well as an auto mechanic and finishing the work right and on time. This year was hard for me put I pulled it together and got through this year with the help of my teacher and my fellow classmates with the helpful tips. Another goal I would like to set is having a good football, making great plays, being more responsible, not getting in trouble and letting the team down, and also myself. Making the basketball team would be a goal for me since I did not make it last year but I practice and I think I may have a shoot this time. Hopefully we have track so I can my speed on the track to my class of 010. To say it short goals is what is going make you succeed in life you just have to go get it and don’t let anybody stop you from doing what you want to do.
June 4, 2007 9: 51 am
During this past year at St. Georges I think one thing that has changed and I have approved on would be my grades. Last year I did horrible because I didn’t care about anything. This year I wanted to start over and not have the same reputation as last year. The beginning of the year was easy and then I started to slack. Now the end of the year is here and my grades are dropping so I’m trying to get them back up because I have a lot of other important things that I have to worry about. Grades do matter. I need to get a job this summer so I can start saving for a car because before long we’re all going to be driving but no one is going to hire a kid that has failing grades or a low GPA. So I have to keep my grade up for that. My grade in Global Studies went up so that’s a plus because I usually bomb that class.
June 4, 2007 9: 51 am
How much have I grown since the beginning of the school year? I say I think I have grown into a mature young adult. I have gone from being an unfocused, immature teenager to a focus, athletic, stable person. My grades are very high and just like teachers help me to better myself I help others so that way they know someone is there to support them and the person is around there age. Since growing up I learned to have a certain group of friends that I hang with because having a lot will cause some drama and 99.999% of the time your name will be thrown in there a few times, so me having a my little small group has kept my name out of a lot of d.r.a.m.a!!! And the last thing but won’t be the least is keep the violence to a minimum because fighting over little stuff is sooooo “OLD SCHOOL†.
June 4, 2007 9: 52 am
I think that I have grown as a student academically by learning to take notes more efficiently. Last year I either didn’t take notes or I didn’t really know what to write down so I just ended up highlighting a whole page. Another way that I have grown is learning to pay attention. Last year a lot of the time I would just stare at the board or look at the teacher as if I was paying attention but I wasn’t. I was always just kind of spaced out. It would be like I was trying to listen it’s just like there was interference so I just couldn’t. A lot of the time I would just fall asleep. This year I actually listen to what has been said. There is only one class that I have ever found my self falling asleep in. *cough brewer cough*
June 4, 2007 10: 06 am
I belive that as a student that i have grown because at the begging of the year, i was just a new 9th grader that was cocky, and was too much of a joker. My grades would slip after the first couple moths but as the year went on i finally got that wake up call and realized that i needed to keep up my grades to do sports. Not only was grades very important but also i seemed to beome very mature i joined sports teams and had many more responsibilites. I would say as a student that has gone through the 9th gradeyear from start to beggining that i have changed a lot in a good way my parents give me more respect, i have better grades, i am passing, and i am very happy with my maturity and school work. Next year usually when i was ounger i would say be more mature and be more responsible but i feel that that will develop over time and right now i am very responsible and mature, my goal for next year is keep up the good work and enjoy the good times.
June 4, 2007 10: 07 am
This year as a student I have grown a lot. Not only in schoool but as a person in general, i’ve been doing much better in school then i have in the past years; in 8th grade i didn’t do so well in school, because i had some problems with my teachers; that is all in the past now. I believe i have been doing so well in school this year, i may have been slacking a little in some classes; but over all i’ve been doing pretty well. some goals that I set for myself would be to do as good or even better as i did this year, next year.
June 4, 2007 10: 08 am
I have grown a little as a student. I am not as immature as I used to be, although, I do tend to act out sometimes. Also, I am more laid back. I don’t worry as much about anything, I just live my life one step at a time. I used to be an angry person, getting in trouble a lot. But I don’t anymore, and I think it’s because I have changed and grown since the end of 8th grade.
1 goal I want to achieve is to get better grades. A down-side of being laid back is being lazy. I do pay attention, I just don’t write down notes or do anything to help me. I’m just that awesome.
June 4, 2007 10: 08 am
this year i have grown as an student sucessfully. I have improved on my social skills such as presenting and giving veral contact towards others in the class all together. I think that i will become a better student over the years of highschool with being focused. I think that people will also mature in their mind. They will be more serious about the way they manage their school work. Coming to this school i had to change alot for example i had to change the way i thought about school because school became an great importance to me. I had to change my attitude when in coming to school to make new friends and get along with everyone. I had to become a better person for myself and others. I had to switch modes from summer to school. Which was hard for me because i had to become a student and not a amuture. I had to perform and set examples for others such as my brothers and sisters and my other classmates this year.
June 4, 2007 10: 18 am
I think that I have grown well. I have matured very well eventhough I try to be the “class clowm”. Since football has ended I have become a different kid. My grades went from a 2.9 to a 3.5 in just one marking period.
A goal that I want to set for myself is to become stronger in general. I am a pretty small running back for football compared to Jamil and David. I hope to get weights for myself to make me get bigger then what I am now.
June 4, 2007 10: 18 am
I have really grown a lot this year. I have taken school a little more serious and did a little more of my work.I would like to try a little harder in school next year so I will get a little better grades.
June 4, 2007 10: 18 am
I think that I have grown a lot over the year. Last year, in middle school, I had just honor roll grades which were okay but not good enough. Inow after going through St. Georges curriculm have straight A’s. I have noticed that classes have gotten easier.I have also been more responsible and organized. those things make school easier because now I can find things and not worry about where things are. I also feel that I have gotten more mature since I’ve been to high school. As I have gotten older I realized that school is not so bad. There are friends that encourage me and teachers that are there to help.
I would like to set a goal for myself. I want to be able to graduate from high school with honors. I seriously need these honors if I want to go th Harvard Medical College. I plan on being a surgeon and this is the right place to start. Right here in high school is where we start. We are new ready to take on challenges that life throws at us.
June 4, 2007 10: 20 am
During the school year I think that I’ve grown as a student by doing my hardest and the best I can in school, making sure that I’m staying focus and not getting off task while in any of my classes. I have also grown in lots of always such as with my attitude and the way I present myself towards others socially. One thing that helped me a lot academically was staying after school and getting help with all things that I was not understanding very well. This helped me a lot because I grown to understand the things I needed help with much better now by staying after school and getting help with the subject with my teacher. A goal that I’m set for myself next year is to stay focus on all my school work try not to get distracted my anything or anyone, to keep my grades and stay out of anything that can lead to trouble, And to also enjoy and have a nice time while doing so with all these things.
June 4, 2007 10: 24 am
I believe I have grown a lot this year. Last year I did not really try hard academically. I never studied and did homework right before class. But now I always make sure I study when I know there is going to be a test or quiz. I also do my homework at home and it makes things easier for me to understand in class. A goal I would like to achieve is getting better grades. I am not really disappointed with my grades now but I think it would make my parents really happy if I got Honor Roll.
June 4, 2007 10: 25 am
How I have grown grow as a student is by always learning from my mistakes. It has been a very tough freshman year but I have a feeling it is going to just get better from here. All of the way up until now almost a sophomore in high school it has been better and better. One thing that helped me academically was completing my homework on time and getting better grades. My goal for next year is to have a success full year and get better in my career area. This school has helped so much that I cannot even explain.
June 4, 2007 10: 25 am
Actually academically I don’t believe I have grown that much. I think my grades have been the same as before. Maybe a little increase in math, but nothing special. I think that my grades have been pretty mediocre. My social life has grown a lot though. But that is something different. I think because of that my grades are the same. For next year I hope to get really high grades in the beginning of the year. This way if I drop down a little I will still have good grades. I am going to set really high goals for myself.
June 4, 2007 10: 26 am
I have grown both physical and mentally this year. I learned many new things that I didn’t know in education. I also learned a lot of things about myself and other people. It makes my perspective bigger. One thing that helped me academically is that the teachers are really involved. They break it down very nice and simple so it is easy to learn and understand. Some of my goals for next year are to get at least a 3.8 GPA and have a good attendance. Another goal is to also be more involved in activities. These are my goals for next year.
June 4, 2007 10: 35 am
I have grown as a student. At the beginning of the year I didn’t focus in classes like I was suppose to and it showed in my grades. Then after that when my mom theatened me I started to improve on my grades. Before I didn’t participate in some of my classes. Now I make sure I involved in class conversations. I didn’t think that I could do an extra activity in school and keep my grades up, but I figured a way out how to do it when basketball season started. This was because during football I was only focused on football and because of that I had a low GPA, but when basketball came that’s when I decided to start doing my work. Well that’s the story on how j. fish went from rags to riches in school.
June 4, 2007 10: 35 am
Throughout this year i have gotten better in all of my classes. i have been more dedicated to getting my work done and coming to school. at the beginning of the year, i missed a lot of days of school. after a while i realized that my grades were going down, and i was going to fail if i continued to miss school. so now my grades are good, and i make sure that i get up in time to get to school every morning. the things that motivated me the most to get back on track was the fear of failing, and the desire to get into my career area.
June 4, 2007 11: 15 am
A book that I would recommend is Anne Frank: The Diary of a Young Girl. This is very good book it talks about history and the author of the book dosen’t hold anyhting back. The book uses very graphic words that describe things in an almost disturbing way for some people, but once you start to read it you won’t be able to put it down. I also believe that it is a book that everyone should read this book at some peroid in their life time. This is a book that I would highly recommend to all teachers teaching any grade because I believe that everyone should no this part of history.
June 4, 2007 11: 16 am
This year, I feel that I have changed in many ways. I made many more friends and became more social. Last year, and in the beginning of this year I was shy and did not talk much. I also became more focused and tried a lot harder than I did last year. I became more organized and handed in my all my homework and reports on time. Unless I was absent of course. I also became more outgoing and confident. These are only few of the many ways that I have changed this year.
June 4, 2007 11: 21 am
This school year I have changed a lot. The way I’ve changed this year is I have became more mature academically. I pay attention more, and give more thought to my schoolwork then I did last year. Also, this year I became more outgoing and more confident with myself. I have also matured more by taking responsibilities for my actions, and being more attentive in class. I have become in better shape, and improved athletically. Lastly, I have changed by the way I handle the problems that I go through. These are some of the ways I have changed as a person this school year.
June 4, 2007 11: 22 am
Since I came into St. Georges Technical High School I have grown as a student. To begin with I focus more in class. Last year I was a big talker. I have come to realize that there is a time to talk and a time to be quiet and focus. I also have learned to take better notes and that helps me when studying for tests because as I write I memorize what I write, it also helps me to remember the words that the teacher says when I am taking the test. One final way that I have become a better student is that I actually ask for help when I need it, I’m not afraid to ask, if I need help I’ll ask. Since I’ve grown this year I hope I can continue in my final three years.
June 4, 2007 11: 46 am
Since the beginning of the year I have grown so much. In the beginning of the year I was kind of immature and very chatty. Since then I have become more serious about my schoolwork, and I concentrate in class. Also, I used to come close to getting in trouble all the time because of my excessive chattering or because I would not know how to let something go. Now I can easily stop myself from talking and I don’t keep persisting things that I am not sure if I am right about or not. Since that phase, I have not had any problems in school.
June 4, 2007 11: 54 am
This year I have grown as a student. One way I have grown is by being more social. Last year I was shy and did not really talk to people I did not know. At the end of last year and the beginning of this year I started to come out of my shell. I started talking to people I did not know and was more active with school activities. This year I ran for class president. I made a speech in front of the whole school. Last year I would have never have done that and if I did not get to know people this year I would not have done that. So this is how I have grown this year and how I have grown even more since last year.
June 4, 2007 11: 55 am
This year I have grown in many ways, and I have also learned many things.
One thing that I have learned is that by missing a lot of days it makes it WAY harder to keep your grades up. Another thing I have learned is that homework really does make a difference in your grade, especially if you don’t do well on tests. A goal that I have for next year is to come to school every day, on time. Also I would like to pass all of my classes, all year. Next year I am going to do all my homework, every night. And last but not least I am going to study for my tests.
June 4, 2007 11: 59 am
This year I have grown alot A whole two inches this was just in propably two months this has been a big thing because I want to be te tallest person in my school by my senior year
June 4, 2007 11: 59 am
I feel I’ve grown more mature as a person and as a student.
I’m able to do my work without worrying about any distractions, I think before I act or say anything, and I try hard in all my work and study for some tests when I can. Before I didn’t care much whether I did all my work just if I got a decent grade so I didn’t pay much attention. And before I would laugh if someone fell but now I ask if their okay then I laugh if they are. I think being in high school has helped me grow as a person period.
June 4, 2007 12: 03 pm
I have grown as a student a lot this year. I use to not pay attention in class and daydream off or wait until the last minute to do a project. This year I understood what the teachers were teaching in class, and I got my work done on time and didn’t stay up late doing it the night before. The teachers really helped me last year. I use to have to study a lot but my teachers this year helped me understand things in class. Next year I hope I do just as good as I did this year and I keep my grades up like this year. Maybe I will even do better and get better grades.
June 4, 2007 12: 04 pm
This year I have grown as a student by doing my hardest on tests and schoolwork. I also grew by accepting new schedules and new ways to learn academically. One thing that really helped me this year academically is the teacher. My teachers really helped me do well on my quizzes and tests. Also, my teachers have helped me improve my grades by letting me do extra credit. A goal I set for next year is to get a 4.0 GPA on atleast one of my report cards. Another goal related to that is to get “A†on all my tests and quizzes.
June 4, 2007 12: 07 pm
I would have so say that I have basically stayed the same. Ever since I can remember I was always focused when it came to school work. I always tried to get perfect attendence. I would make my mom change my docters appt. so I wouldn’t have to leave school early or come in late. The only thing that I have done different from last year is staying after for help. Math ahs always been my weak point. Ever since the beginning of the school year, whenever I do not understand something I’ll stay after.

In my freshman year of high school I have grown about three inches. I have grown mentally this year because at the beginning of the year I never liked doing my homework, not because I don’t know how to do it, but I just didn’t feel like doing it. Now I have realized that completing my homework is very important to my grade.

I don’t feel like I have grown this year at all. I am never motivated to do my schoolwork anymore and i feel like there isn’t much of a reason to even come to school anymore because i am not learning anything new. I do not really care about the grade or actually learning in general. This school has made it really hard to keep up my grades.

During this passing year I have changed and grown academically a lot. During this year I have not gotten my best grades this year. So therefore, high school has made me grow up and mature, realizing that i have to get on the grind. In that I mean that I have to bust my butt and work hard throughout my high school years. I am extremely thankful for this year because it woke me up got me to realize what high school is about. After this year I hope to do better in organization, grades, and behavior so I can do well further out.

This year as a freshman I feel I have grown as a student academically because I payed more attention in class as I did last year. It is not that I did not pay attention last year it is just that I payed more attention this year. The reason I payed attention more this year is because my friends that are in this school do not have classes with me so that made me focus better but I still wish they had classes with me. My goal for next year is since I will be taking drivers education, my goal is not not just pass it, but be a good driver.

Wow I have decreased in my normal level of how I should of acted as an honorable student. I started off shy, not really much conversation within my classrooms but once I found my true group of friends. We stuck together and learned as much about each as our family members know. Once that happened my almost perfect grades dropped because of my lack of focus when my teachers were trying to teach. Then in sports region I was an outstanding student, so outstanding that I put it before my schoolwork. I would come home late and not even bother to pick up pa book and study. I would first do my homework then later on in the year I stopped doing homework at home and it became something that was done in homeroom or class even. Next year my goal is to try and find that balance between having friends, schoolwork, and sports. My teachers this year did not see my true potential of being a distinguish honor student but next year I will try to come as close as possible to that border line as possible. Wish me good luck my readers.

I personally think that i have changed as a student in many, many ways. I have deffinitly grown a lot and have become more mature. I always used to get into silly little arguments with people about absolutely nothing. Now i know how to be mature about the situation and to just walk away from it. Also, my grades have improved A LOT. I was only a couple points away from getting straight A’s on my inertum report. My life seems better now that i look at things from a young adults point of view. I never really used to care about anything in school and just let my grades barely slide by. Now im more focused and involved in what i do and how i act in situations.

The way that I think I have grown, as a student is that I have gotten better at serten subjects. Now for example in career class I have learned so much more about my career that I’m going to get into next year. I have also learned so much more that I couldn’t have learned by being at a regular school and this year was my funniest year at school with all of the new things this school is coming up with. I hope that with my career class and all the things that I’ve learned will help me get a head when I start biotechnology next year.

I don’t think that I have grown imensly as a student this year. I do think that I have made some minor changes that have affected my grades and my performance as a student. This year I think that I have tried very hard and have acomplished my goals. I study harder and complete more of my work than last year. I have a feelling that next year I will do even better than this year.this year my grades have relly just been flat, they have not realy increased or decreased drasticly. But next year I am going to try even harder

This year I have grown a lot as a student. Last year and the years before I would sit in class and do nothing and wait until the last minute to do anything. This year I actually tried to pass my classes instead of getting f’s, d’s, c’s I try my best to at least get b’s. my goal that I am setting for my self next year is to try to get honor roll at least two times out of the year and not to get any d’s. I hope that I can get my goal accomplished next year.

I have grown a lot I went from passing to failing and now I’m still struggling but I’m starting to pass all my classes again. At times I got stubborn but I still accomplished all my work. Even if I was slow with getting my work together I still got it all turned in at the end. The goal I would like to set for next year is to get all my work done and to stop being in the social life when at school. Also I would like to stop socializing in the hallway and get to all my classes on time. I still would like to talk to my friends but only at lunch or gym. I would like to be successful next year and on top of everything!

Wow!!!!!!
Let’s just start off saying that this has been an incredible year. Last year at Redding the teachers that I had helped me to get good grades to get into high school. But this year I felt that the teachers weren’t there to just teach and help me get good grades even though they did but to also be there if you needed someone to talk to or need help about something. In the beginning of the school year I was so disorganized with school work and even my room, I kept on saying that I was going to get organized and thanks to all my teachers for constantly telling me to get in order, now I can finally find a paper that I am looking for and even better I can walk on the floor in my room with out having to walk on a pair of jeans or a shirt.

One way that I have grown this year was the way that I study. My studying skills had got a lot better for the fact that I had used flash cards. By using flash cards I ended up learning the work a lot faster than reading off the study guide. A way to help my studying skills was to go over my flash cards twice a day to make sure that I remember most of the information. My next goal is to keep on doing the same things that have been doing for the past year in order to get to the next grade. So far studying with flash cards has given me a good idea of what I can achieve when using this studying technique.
